No Way About It. The new single from production duo Ill Move Sporadic. The first single from their highly anticipated “Drug Corpse” album and features The Grand Imperial himself, rapper and UK Hip Hop pioneer, “Cappo”
True to form Ill Move Sporadic provide sonically twisted analogue production. Setting the scene, a solo bass slowly builds firmly preparing the listener for the subbed out kick and a neck snapping snare combination. Drenched in an analogue reverb this haunted, stripped down, track allows Cappos' vocals room to cut through the mix giving spotlight to his lyrical content, which he delivers with effortless skill.
Filling the track with literal and artistic references, with everything from “Van Gogh” to “Rembrandt” Cappo's rhyme patterns are complimented by sparse drum edits, chaotic analogue synth crashes and ear drum piercing hats.
